BEFORE MEALS recrte:*In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah i begin eating*.On forgetting to recite at the begining,recite;*In the name of Allah inthe begining n end*.By not reciting,satan has oppotunity of partake in the food.AFTER MEALS recite:*All praises belongs to Allah who filled our stomach and quenched our thirst,rewarded us n gave us pleatiful*.OR recite:*All praises belongs 2 Allah who granted us this meal(which i received) without my powers or effort* *
